One to One Laptop Issuance Program

Program Overview

  • Purpose: Provide equitable access to digital resources and support personalized learning for all students.
  • Voluntary Participation: Parents/guardians must opt-in for their child to receive a take-home laptop. Students who do not opt-in will continue to use school-based devices.
  • Eligibility: All students are eligible to receive a take-home device. We encourage families to consider their individual needs before opting in, so that resources remain available for those who need them most.

    Opt In Instructions for Parents

    Parents can opt in to the One to One Laptop Program by logging into the Focus Parent Portal, completing the 1:1 Device Issuance Agreement, selecting a language, agreeing to terms, signing electronically, saving, submitting, and confirming the form.

    How to Opt - In

    • Log in to the Focus Parent Portal.
    • Complete the Device Issuance Opt-In Form.
    • Click Submit - your consent is recorded electronically. (No paper forms required!)

    What Happens Next

    • Your child will receive a take-home laptop once the opt-in is confirmed. Devices will be issued at the end of January 2026. Please discuss responsible laptop care with your child.
    • Financial responsibility applies for damage or failure to return the laptop in issued condition.
    • Device details are tracked in Incident IQ for support and inventory.
