  • Midterm Exam Week Sign-out Form

    This purpose of this form is to obtain the parent/guardian’s dismissal permission. The parent/guardian MUST be the one to fill out this form and sign the form below. On the day(s) a student has finished their Midterm exam, the student may be released from school with parental/ guardian authorization as given by this form. The form must be filled out completely and a clear copy of parent/guardian ID must be attached in order for the student to be allowed off campus. Students will only be permitted to leave at the conclusion of Midterm exams and prior to the start of the next exam. Students will not be permitted to leave campus during Midterm exam times. THIS FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED BY SATURDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2021 @ 3:PM!

  • Exam Exemption Form

    As the end of the first semester approaches, students and teachers are preparing for the midterms. Stranahan High School provides students with the opportunity to exempt three of their exams. Students must have at least a B in both the first quarter and the second quarter to exempt an exam. Students will has access to exam exemption request forms beginning Monday, November 29th, exemption form request must be submitted by Friday, December 3rd at 3:00 p.m. Students are to verify with each teacher that they are still approved to exempt their exam before the start of the midterm week, which will begin on Tuesday, December 14th and will end on Friday, December 17th with each day ending at 2:40 p.m. according to the midterm exam schedule. Please use the "Exam Exemption Link" above to begin the exam exemption process.

  • YMCA - REGISTRATION FORM

    The YMCA, in partnership with the Children’s Service Council, provides after-school services to 9th and 10th grade students. The program is geared towards complementing school curricula; offering additional learning opportunities for personal growth and social enrichment. Through the program students will experience virtual learning opportunities for personal growth and social enrichment. Students will engage in activities that connect to life beyond the classroom. The program also offers two full-time Success Coaches who will ensure students graduate on time and are prepared for life after high school. The program is no cost to you and is open to all students interested in taking advantage of this opportunity. Students must register to be apart of the program. Space is limited, so please complete and return your registration form TODAY!
