    In order to properly plan for the start of the school year, we need you to complete the back to school parent survey regarding your preference of instruction. Please use the student virtual counselor login, using the student ID number as the login and the password in the format of two digit birth month, two digit birth day, and four digit year: mo/da/year.

  • Immunization Requirements 2020-2021 School Year

    Before entering or attending school in Florida (kindergarten through twelfth grade), each child must provide a Florida Certification of Immunization (DH 680 form). Please see provided handout detailing more vaccination information.

  • Summer Meals Program

    The Food and Nutrition Services Department will transition the forty-nine (49) Food Distribution Sites beginning June 9 . Meal pick up, at designated sites, will be available on Tuesdays only from 10 a.m. – 1p.m. Children and families will receive ten (10) meals on the designated distribution day. All food distribution protocols will remain the same.
