    The School Advisory Council for Atlantic Technical College and Technical High School finds that school uniforms are necessary for the safety and welfare of students and school personnel. All students in the Magnet High School program are required to wear a school uniform at all times when on the ATC campus and at school-sponsored events.

  • Student Housing Questionnaire (SHQ)

    ATTENTION parents, caregivers, and unaccompanied youth (not living with a parent or legal guardian): The purpose of this questionnaire is to help identify school-aged children and youth who are experiencing housing instability as defined by Subtitle VII-B of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act. The survey is available in English, Spanish, Haitian-Creole, and Portuguese.

  • BCPS Parent Permission Refusal Form for School Climate Survey

    The State Board of Education passed new rules for schools to provide a minimum of five (5) hours of instruction to students in grades 6 – 12 related to youth mental health awareness and assistance, substance use and abuse, and human trafficking awareness.

    Recent legislation requires that all schools observe a moment of silence at the beginning of the school day. As a class, we will participate in the moment of silence during first period. The moment of silence will last one minute during which time students may not interfere with other students’ participation.
