Registration, Withdrawal & Reassignment Information
Registration and Withdrawal Information
We will begin accepting Registrations for the 2021-2022 school year May 1st.
Please download and fill out all forms and return them along with all required documentation.
Once all forms are downloaded and completed, you can email them to Itza Diaz at Itza.diaz@browardschools.com or call the school at 754-323-5850 to make a registration appointment.
Here is what is needed for Acceptable Proof for registration- Acceptable Proof Document.
Registration documents to be completed
Registration Packet- English, Spanish, Hatian Creole, Portuguese(* Download and return)
Student Emergency Card- Writable- English, Spanish, Hatian Creole, Portuguese (**These documents can be writen on. Download, Type, Save and Send.)
