Registration and Withdrawal Information


We will begin accepting Registrations in person only, for the 2022-2023 school year May 1st.   Please download and fill out all forms and return them along with all required documentation.  ​  Once all forms are downloaded and completed, call the school at 754-323-5850 to make a registration appointment.
Here is what is needed for Acceptable Proof for registration- Acceptable Proof Document.

Student Emergency Card- Writable- English, Spanish, Hatian Creole, Portuguese (**These documents can be writen on. Download, Type, Save.)
