BCPS Staff to Head to Lee County Public Schools to Provide Emergency Recovery Assistance Following Hurricane Ian

Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) Physical Plant Operations Staff and District Administrators
WHAT:
BCPS is sending 20 employees, 13 work vehicles, tools and equipment from the District’s Physical Plant Operations Division to Lee County Public Schools to help repair damage from Hurricane Ian. The employees specialize in air conditioning, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. The employees will meet at the District’s Physical Plant Operations Division Offices early Thursday morning (October 6), before departing for Lee County.
BCPS will continue to assist our sister school districts to help them recover from the devastation of Hurricane Ian.
