Tropical Storm Eta Update: BCPS Closed Monday, November 9 – No eLearning

Based on Florida Power & Light’s expressed concerns for the increasing and sustained winds from Tropical Storm Eta, which will likely cause widespread outages and disruption to the District’s eLearning environment, there will be no eLearning instruction on Monday, November 9, and all Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) campuses and administrative offices will be closed.

This update is being shared with BCPS families and staff through robocalls, emails, mobile app, website and social media.

BCPS urges families to take all necessary precautions to stay safe during and after the storm.
