Broward County Public Schools has partnered with Hazel Telehealth Services to provide "at home" telehealth services to students. Students will be provided healthcare services such as urgent care visits, health screening, patient/family education, follow-up care and consultation, coordination with family physician, prescription sent to preferred pharmacy, over-the-counter medication and school & community resource referrals by a physician or advanced registered nurse practitioner. A flyer regarding Hazel Health services is posted below. If you would like your child to receive these services, you will need to sign up on their website at my.hazel.co/broward
