The U.S. Surgeon General, Jerome Adams, MD, has emphasized the importance of protecting children from a lifetime of nicotine addiction and associated health risks by immediately addressing the epidemic of youth e-cigarette use. In an effort to support the communication of the harms of e-cigarette use, the School Climate & Discipline Department is providing tiered curriculum resources for school-wide use, internal suspension and alternative to external suspension programs.
