DISTRICT NOTICE: Community Meetings to Discuss School Board Member Districts
With the release of the 2020 US Census, Broward County Public Schools is undertaking the work of redrawing School Board Member voting districts. This process occurs every ten years in order to ensure that all districts are balanced in terms of total population, taking into account population changes that occurred since the previous census. It is very important to note that the redistricting process does not affect school boundaries or student school assignment, but merely the voting areas for single-member school board districts.
