Troubleshooting from your school-issued laptop

** It is best to use the Microsoft Edge browser if you are using a school issued laptop. 

 

If you receive an "Access Denied" message when trying to log into a live class, it may be that Teams has signed you out. To fix this, go to your Clever Dashboard and search Teams in the search bar at the top. CLICK on the Teams icon, ENTER YOUR studentnumber@my.browardschools.com.

This will give you access to Teams through Broward schools.

2. Go Back to CANVAS to join your class. 
 
Troubleshooting from your personal laptop
 
If you are having trouble logging into your classes, you may need to clear your cache and cookies. Using the Google Chrome browser complete the following steps:

    3. Go to your Clever Dashboard.
    4.  If you do not see TEAMS on your CLEVER dashboard,
        search Teams in the search bar at the top. 
    5.  CLICK on the Teams icon, ENTER YOUR studentnumber@my.browardschools.com.

This will give you access to Teams through Broward schools.

   5. Go Back to CANVAS to join your class.
