Dress Code:

The following is the unified dress code for the 2021-2022 school year:

Tops:  White, blue, or black solid color polo shirts with a collar and long enough to cover the midriff when arms are raised.  The shirt size must be appropriate to the size of the child.  The shirt tail should not extend below the torso. Jackets, hoodies and sweaters must be full open zipper/button in the front and in solid dress code colors – white, blue or black.  No shirt should be worn over the polo shirt.

Bottoms:  Khakis, jeans, or khaki cargo pants.  Denim jeans (only blue or black in color) are permitted, but must not be tight fitting.  Tears or rips are not permitted.  Shorts, skirts and skorts are to be at least knee length and must be hemmed. All trousers or pants must be secured at waist level.    

Footwear:  Closed toe and closed heeled shoes (no sandals or flip flops).

Important : Jackets, hoodies and sweaters must be full open zipper/button in the front. No shirt should be worn over the polo shirt.

Power Up! With nutritious Meals from your local school cafeteria.

The BCPS Food and Nutrition Services Department will serve meals at no cost to all students for the 2021-2022 school year using the waiver granted by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The Broward County Public Schools, Food and Nutrition Services Department encourages households to complete a Free or Reduced-Price meal application along with the Meal Benefits Disclosure form. To apply please go  www.myschoolapps.com and complete the forms.

The approval of a meal benefits application along with completion of the Meal Benefits Disclosure Form, may provide students additional assistances with district programs.
