Final Laptop Distribution: 3/28

We want to ensure that any student who was unable to borrow a laptop from their school for our upcoming period of online learning, has an opportunity to obtain a device prior to Monday, when online learning will begin.  We will be hosting one last laptop distribution date this Saturday, March 28th from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm.  This laptop distribution date is ONLY for those students who were unable to come to last Friday's distribution event. 

If your child previously borrowed a laptop, s/e is not eligible for another device.  As we prepare for this distribution date, we are taking safety precautions very seriously.  If you do need to borrow a laptop from your child's school, you must complete our online form BEFORE Thursday, March 26th at midnight.  To ensure the safety of our families and staff, we are going to prepare all devices and deliver them to your vehicle.  In order to make this process safe, it is critical that you complete the survey ONLY if you need to borrow a laptop. 

Once your survey is complete and you have requested to borrow a device, we will prepare one for your student.  Each student must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with photo ID when they arrive to the distribution site for laptop pick-up.   Please see the assigned sites below.  In order to make this process as safe as possible, we are asking each parent to place a paper on their dashboard that contains the child's last name and home school.  Each parent will drive through the main gate of the designated pick up location and a staff member will read the sign on your dashboard and retrieve your device.  We will have you sign for the device (using your own pen, as to limit the sharing of materials) and then you will be free to leave the site.

Distribution site: Coral Springs MS (services Coral Springs MS students, Eagle Ridge students, and Country Hills students)

Distribution site: Westglades MS (services Westglades MS students, Park Trails students)
6th Grade- 8:00 AM-9:00 AM
7th Grade 9:00 AM-10:00 AM
8th Grade 10:00 AM-11:00 AM
Elementary 11:00 AM-12:00 PM
We will be available from 12:00 PM-1:00 PM for anyone that can make their designated time.
