On May 7th from 2 pm to 3:15 pm, the Florida Center for the Book will present Haitian Heritage Month--Ayiti Was Born In Me: Creating Cultural Awareness. This session will teach students about the richness of Haitian culture, art, music, history, and literature through engaging lecture, musical presentation, art exhibits, poetry, and storytelling.
