BCPS has transitioned from using Naviance to Xello. Xello guides students through the core components of their High School and Beyond Plan, including career exploration, goal-setting, creating four-year course plans, creating a resume, scholarship searches and defining pathways for success. 

Xello helps students discover relevant college, university, trade, military, and career options based on their personality, skills, and knowledge. 

Xello is located on the student’s Clever account, and I have also attached additional resources to help navigate through the different tools.
