Superintendent's Video message to the Class of 2020

Good morning Class of 2020,

I hope you are staying dry on the rainy weekend and that you are finishing up assignments for your final quarter in high school.  I can't believe tomorrow is the final day for Seniors.  I am so proud of all of you and know that you will do fantastic things after high school.

Just a reminder, Cap and Gown pick up is June 2 and June 3 based on alphabet.  Here is the schedule again:

  • June 2 10am - 12pm - students with last name A-D
  • June 2 12pm - 2pm - students with last name E-L
  • June 3 10am - 12pm - students with last name M-R
  • June 3 12pm - 2pm - students with last name S-Z

If you paid cash for your senior activities, check refunds will be issued that day. Parents - please note that the refund checks will be made out in the students name. Those that paid on-line will receive a refund on the credit card or debit card used when payment was made.

If you have remaining money on your lunch account, please call Mrs. Lewis at 754-322-1110 and leave a message with your name, student number and phone number to arrange a refund.

Seniors, you should bring back ALL school materials on that day.  Textbooks, Laptops, equipment, uniforms, Instruments and anything else you have. Even if you did not purchase a cap and gown, you should come during your scheduled time to drop off items and clear everything for graduation.

Please go to Naviance and complete your senior survey prior to June 2nd.  It is very important to complete this so that final transcripts can be sent out.

Congratulations Seniors for making it to the end.  Your last day of class is tomorrow and once grades post...you are officially an alum of FLHS!  Parents and families , thank you for your support and thank you for raising such wonderful, intelligent and compassionate young adults.  They have made us all so proud.
