Information on Accessing Virtual Counselor:
Student Drop Off/Pick Up (Important Info): Supervision on campus is only available 30 min before and 30 min after school. Students are encouraged to join a club, play a sport, and get involved. If a student is not participating in any campus life activity, then they should go home on the bus, walk, ride a bike, or car ride. It's important that parents utilize the attached map so that drop off/pick up can occur smoothly:
Students that are walking to the City Bus must remember that the shopping center in Tamarac is for customers only. The safety and well being of all of our students is of the utmost importance and we ask parents to assist in having a plan for students to get home safely. For those students that are parking on campus, please make sure to follow the instructions CLICKING HERE. DO NOT park in the surrounding areas and walk to school. The surrounding shopping centers have advised that they will TOW the cars of students who park on their site (we are letting you know now so that you can avoid this aggravation). If you are driving, then you must follow the protocols for your safety and the safety of all on campus.

Good Evening JPT Family,
I hope upon receipt of this message you and your family are doing well. I would like to thank the students and staff for another amazing week at JPT. I would also like to thank all the parents/guardians for their continuous patience and grace during the start of the school year. I'm sure that by now the students have explained that we are very strict on checking IDs, dress code, and passes in the hallways. Please understand that this is for the safety and security of everyone on campus. I'm sure you have already received the info regarding the Code of Conduct but I'm attaching it here once again for easy access. Every student was able to attend a Discipline Assembly this week, attached you will find a Power Point of our Assembly for you to review with your child in case they missed it. I'm also including information regarding next weeks festivities "TROJAN WEEK," the students and staff are encouraged to participate with a different THEME every day and finally I'm also sending you information regarding Spring Dual Enrollment. Once school starts all these things just happen so fast and if you do check it as we go the timelines pass us by. Lastly, please don't forget that you are all welcome to attend our very first SAC meeting on Monday, 8/29/22, in the Media Center at 4:30 pm. Looking forward to another great week next week. Have a blessed weekend.
