Make Your Voice Count: Complete the 2023 Customer Survey for Parents

Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) parents, guardians and caregivers: The District wants to hear from you! To improve systems and practices existing within the District, BCPS has launched the 2023 Customer Survey for Parents. The online survey, which is open now through April 28, is made up of questions that align with the BCPS 2022 – 2027 Strategic Plan Guardrails and includes the topics of safety, equity in the allocation of resources, access to wellness resources, accountability in leadership, supports available to families, student learning and more. 

Responses from participants are anonymous. The survey is available in four languages – English, Spanish, Portuguese and Haitian Creole – on the District’s website, browardschools.com/parentsurvey.
