The Renovations element of the SMART Program largely focuses on improving schools and the educational experience of students. A six-step process is put in place to ensure that all Primary Renovation projects are completed efficiently. Hallandale Magnet High School is in the Design phase of its Primary Renovations. Construction drawings are being prepared, and soon a contractor will be hired to begin on-campus improvements.
