Welcome PLE Families.
For those of you who have a child attending PLE and are in need of before or after-school child care, the online registration window opens on Monday, August 9, 2021.
Please go online ASAP to register, so that you are sure to get an available spot. Like last year, we ask parents/guardians to register but DO NOT pay any fees until you get the confirmation email telling you that the application has been accepted.
Our program is first-come, first-served once the program is full, students will be put on a waitlist.
There is a one-time $30 registration fee and a $20 activity fee per child. Please note that there will be a re-registration fee ($30 per child) if you are late on a payment, or leave and return to the program during the school year.
The fee for After School Child Care (2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.) is $194 for the 18-day pay period and/or $48 if you need Before School Child Care (6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.).
All parents/guardians (even returning students) must start a new application, updating applications from previous years is no longer allowed. If you begin an application and do not finish it, please be sure to go back and update it that day. Incomplete applications are deleted from the system every night at 1 A.M.
Please remember that filling out the registration does not guarantee your child a spot in the After School Child Care program. Once the registration is complete, you will receive an email within 3 business days informing you of the application status.Students who are placed in the program must pay online within 48 hours of receiving the email stating that they have a spot in the program.
