Margate Middle School Wins National Vocabulary Championship for 3rd Year in a Row

Middle School, as three-peat Vocabulary Bowl National Champions.

WHY: has certified the results and is proud to officially announce Margate Middle 
School as 2018/19 Vocabulary Bowl winners. This is the Margate Spartans third consecutive year winning the competition. The Spartans finished the  competition with 316,142 words, becoming the first middle school to master more than 300,000 words in a single season. As winners of the overall and middle school competitions, the school’s name will be etched in Bowl history when the Vocabulary Bowl Mastery Cup makes it public debut at the celebration.
