Homecoming Requirements

If you purchased a Homecoming ticket to the dance, there will be a required Microsoft form to fill out that can be found on Canvas, our school website as well as link in the Class Remind. These online forms are required and will be due by Wednesday, September 8th.  If you do not submit these forms by the due date, you will forfeit your ticket to the dance and it will be offered to a student on the waiting list. 
 
There are forms attached to the online form that will need to be printed, completed, and turned in at the L-Counter in the Cafeteria starting Monday, September 13th to receive the physical ticket to the dance.
 
Please note that tickets are NOT transferrable to another student. If a student purchases or obtains a ticket from another student without authorization from MSD administration, they WILL NOT be permitted into the dance and the student who the original ticket was purchased by will face disciplinary consequences.  The ticket purchased is tied to the student who purchased it. 
 
If for some reason you cannot attend the dance, please see Ms. Driscoll in room 210 for assistance.
 
We will be creating a waiting list for students who still wish to purchase a ticket.  You can see Ms. Driscoll regarding the process to place your name on the waiting list. Being on the waiting list does not guarantee you a ticket and any available tickets will be allocated based on the student's place on the waiting list.
