Parent Portal Support - A Parent Handbook was created that includes comprehensive guides on accessing, navigating, and finding essential information within the parent portal. The Parent Handbook is available on the BCPS website at www.browardschools.com/focus. When parents encounter issues with the parent portal, they should email focuscommunications@browardschools.com and include their First Name, Last Name and email address used for the Parent Portal account along with their student(s) IDs.
