2021-2022 Student Registration Information
Registration for the 2021-2022 school year opens on May 3rd. Please review the documents attached to this post carefully. Once you have all the forms completed and have the necessary documents to register, you MUST make an appointment to come into the school to finish your student's registration.
We look forward to making this process as smooth as possible for all. We are excited to welcome your student to Embassy Creek Elementary!!
**The Student Registration Form and the Student Emergency Contact Card are forms you can type on. If you cannot type on the form when you open it, you can open it in Preview mode. This should allow you to type on it. The only form you cannot type on is the Kindergarten Questionnaire.**
