Bullying Parent Training

BULLYING 

BCPS has policies and procedures to prevent bullying. Bullying is defined as chronically and systematically inflecting physical or psychological distress. Substantiated bullying complaints must meet all three of the following criteria.  

R – Repeated (happens more than once), has anI – Imbalance of Power (involves or is characterized by), and beP – Purposeful (intends to harm the other person).
