Good afternoon DBES Parents & Families,

 

DBES is happy to announce that the Math Superstars Program will begin next Monday, September 9^th for all students in grades 1-5. Kindergarten will begin after the New Year.

 

Math Superstars is a voluntary program which provides challenging mathematics problems for students. We encourage ALL of our students to participate! 

 

Each week, a new Math Superstars worksheet will be sent home to students on Monday. Students will need to complete the problems independently after school hours and return the worksheet to school on Friday morning. Worksheets will then be graded by volunteers and passed back to the students the following week.

 

Awards will be given for participation and to top STAR earners at each grade level.

 

We look forward to a SUPER start to our Math Superstars program. 🙂
