SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUEST PROCESS

How do I request a schedule change:
This form is for academic conflicts only. You may not request a course that was not selected on your course card, nor is this form for courses you no longer like. We will look at your requests and determine if the schedule change is something that needs to be completed.
The forms are due, (on or before August 30th) to your grade level administrator, counselor and or in the box located in the guidance office by 2:40 PM.
Please follow the steps outlined below to submit your schedule change request form:
Step 1: Access the “Schedule Change Request Form” from our website at

Step 2: Download, print and Complete the form, ensuring every area is completely filled out (please note the reasons for the schedule request)
Step 3: Submit your form to your grade level administrator, school counselor and or turn in to the box located in the guidance office
Step 4: Once submitted, your counselor will either schedule a meeting with you, or process your request. School counselors will respond back with your new schedule or provide you with a reason for your denial.
