Clubs and organizations are a great way to help develop character and the skills that will benefit you in school, your career, and in life. Skills like commitment, leadership, effective communication, and being able to work successfully in a group all come from participating in a club or organization. Joining a club is a great way to make friends, develop leadership skills, and boost your college resumé.

Safety Patrol Club
Safety Patrols have many responsibilities, including being able to protect students, enforcing safety rules, and helping students to and from classes. In order for a student to participate in this club, they must exhibit responsibility, punctuality, leadership, and citizenship. Students who volunteer to be a safety patrol have to apply and write an essay on why they think they're a good fit to be a safety patrol. Once accepted, students are given a safety patrol belt and a post (specific location on the school campus) where they must report every morning, starting at 7:30 am.For more information please contact either of our club sponsors:Alexia Torresalexia.torres@browardschools.comKelly Matovichkelly.matovich@browardschools.com -
