Welcome back to the new school year!  I am excited to serve as your principal and delighted to have you as part of our school family and community.  Pasadena Lakes is an "A" school, and we extend a warm welcome to all parents and guardians. As we embark on this exciting journey together, we want to emphasize our shared commitment to educating our students.  Our theme for this year: "Learning is an Adventure. Let's Go Together for the Ride!"

At Pasadena Lakes we believe that education is a thrilling adventure, filled with endless possibilities and discoveries. We are excited to partner with you on this journey, as your involvement and support are essential to creating an enriching learning experience for our students.

Just like any great adventure, learning requires courage, curiosity, and a spirit of exploration. We encourage our students to step outside their comfort zones, embrace new challenges, and develop a lifelong love for learning. Together, we can inspire them to dream big, set ambitious goals, and navigate the exciting paths of knowledge.  We are reminded of our primary mission, which is to provide a quality education in a safe and nurturing learning environment. 

As parents and guardians, you play a pivotal role in your child's educational journey. Your guidance, encouragement, and active involvement significantly impact their success and well-being. We invite you to join us as partners in education, working hand in hand to create a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters growth, resilience, and a passion for learning.

Throughout the year, we will provide various opportunities for you to engage. We welcome you to become involved in the school by volunteering and participating in PTA, SAC (School Advisory Council), or SAF (School Advisory Forum).  Additionally, attend parent-teacher conferences, participate in school events, and join our parent volunteer program. Whether big or small, your assistance makes a difference in the lives of our students and strengthens our school family.

As we navigate the ever-changing landscape of education, we are committed to providing a dynamic experience for our students. We will embrace innovative teaching methods, incorporate technology, and promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Our dedicated teachers and staff will continue their professional development to ensure that they remain at the forefront of educational practices.

Communication is key to our successful partnership. We will keep you informed about your child's progress, school activities, and important announcements through regular Parent Link updates, newsletters, marquee and school website. We also encourage you to reach out to us with any questions, concerns, or suggestions you may have. Together, we can address challenges, celebrate achievements, and create a positive and supportive learning environment.  The Code of Conduct has gone green! Parents and students are invited to review the Code of Student Conduct Handbook and complete the required forms.

We are excited about the adventure that awaits us this school year. As we embark on this journey together, let's remember that learning is not just confined to the classroom. It happens at home, in the community, and through the experiences our children encounter every day. By working together, we can create a comprehensive educational experience that prepares our students for a future full of opportunities.
