Welcome to Pasadena Lakes Elementary School! I am humbled and grateful for another year to serve as your Principal. We will capitalize on every opportunity to excel, continue setting high expectations for all our students, and ensure will receive a world-class education! I am grateful to say that we are a B, and we are incredibly proud! The staff and students have worked tremendously hard to keep our school moving in the right direction, and the best is yet to come!
My belief is that all students can learn, and education is the avenue in developing citizens that will lead society. It is our goal to afford every child a differentiated learning experience and provide them with a foundation to equip them beyond their elementary school years.
I strongly believe in the home-school connection, and you are encouraged to communicate often with your child’s teacher. Please ensure that you check your child’s agenda and ‘take-home” folder daily. As a school, we will always keep you updated with information, activities and important dates via Parent Link, our website, upcoming events tab (on our site), Twitter, Facebook, flyers, etc. We also welcome you to become involved in the school by volunteering and participating in PTA, SAC (School Advisory Council) or SAF (School Advisory Forum).
This year, our theme is “Roaring Into a Year of PAW-sitivity!!!”. We are ready to continue the great work to increase student learning and proficiency. PLE Panthers believe in the whole child, including, social-emotional, and we will continue with The Leader in Me by 1. Being Proactive, 2. Begin with the End in Mind, 3. Put First things First, 4. Think Win-Win, 5. Seek First to Understand Then to be Understood, 6. Synergize, and 7. Sharpen the Saw. Additionally, our Panther Clubs were a huge success! Together, we can do anything!
Again, I look forward to serving you this year, and my door is always opened for you!
Pasadena Lakes Panthers will continue to demonstrate excellence! We are going to have an unequivocally fantastic year!
