New Student Registration
School registration for new students is in person at our school. Registration is important and we want to make sure you have all the resources to make registration go as smoothly as possible. When you are ready to register your child, be sure to review the Student Registration Checklist and Requirements before you arrive. The checklist will provide information on the following:- Proof of Residence
- School Records
- Medical Exams and Records
- Immunization
- Evidence of Age
Health Forms
The following can be found on the Health Forms website:- Student Emergency Contact Card (contains consent for school health services and state-mandated screenings)
- School Health Entry Exam (Yellow Form)
- Authorization for Medication/Treatment
- Diabetes Medication Treatment Authorization
- Florida Department of Health (FDOH) Dental Sealant Program
- Heiken Vision program

Visiting Our School
While we welcome you to our school, we also want to ensure the safety and security of our students. Please be prepared to present a valid photo identification upon entrance.

Registration for New K-5 students
Monday - Thursday 8:00 A.M. - Noon in the school's front office.
School Hours: 8:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.
Age Requirements
Kindergarten
The child must be 5 years old on or before September 1.
First Grade
The child must be 6 years old on or before September 1, and must have been enrolled in a public school or must have satisfactorily completed kindergarten in a nonpublic school.

To find out the school(s) assigned to your home address, you can either use our School Locator feature or call the District's Demographics & Student Assignment Department at 754.321.2480. You must provide your specific street address and your child's grade level, and the office will determine the correct school your child is supposed to attend.
