WITHDRAWAL

• Only the parent who registers the student(s) may withdrawal/transfer the minor student from his or her school to permanently attend another school. Parents must come into the school with ID, to complete the withdrawal form.

TRANSCRIPTS

• For transcript requests, please call the Registration desk at 754-323-3307. Include the student’s name, grade level, date of birth, parent’s name, and phone number. Please allow 48 hours to process the request once it has been successfully submitted.
