    Dear Tedder Family,

It gives me great excitement writing this letter to introduce myself to you as your new Intern Principal. I am deeply honored to work alongside of you, and committed to creating a learning environment where innovation, risk-taking, and student passion take center stage. I will work hard to maintain the legacy of success already established here at the Tedder Elementary School.

I am thrilled and privileged to be a part of this wonderful community. I bring to you seventeen years of educational experience spanning grades K-5, with certification in Elementary Education and Educational Leadership. My most recent educational experience was at Meadowbrook Elementary as intern principal in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to my administrative career, I taught first grade, third grade, and coached and supported teachers in grades K-5.

I am passionate, energetic, and love what I do! As we continue to encourage families to be partners in the educational process, my door will always be open. I look forward to meeting the wonderful students and families of Tedder Elementary School as we start the school year.

    Educationally yours,

    Raylene Z. Thomas, Intern Principal
