New Telehealth Service for Students - Flyer with more Information available here
Broward County Public Schools has partnered with Hazel Telehealth Services to provide “at-home” telehealth services to students. Students will be provided healthcare services such as urgent care visits, health screening, patient/family education, follow-up care and consultation, coordination with family physician, prescription sent to preferred pharmacy, over-the-counter medication and school & community resource referrals by a physician or advanced registered nurse practitioner.
