Tryouts are held 3 weeks prior to the start of each sport. Announcements will be made prior to tryouts, students need to listen to the announcements for information.

Generally, practices are held Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM until 5:30 PM. Student-athletes are expected to be at every practice throughout the season.  Students must be picked up from practice no later than fifteen minutes after practice is scheduled to end or they may forfeit their opportunity to be on the team.

Each sport has two games per week that usually last until approximately 6:30 PM.  Transportation to and from Ramblewood Middle School's away games is provided. Parents need to pick up their student-athletes from the school after each game. Game schedules and directions to away schools will be available prior to each season.
