New Student Registration

  • New to Broward County Student Registration

    Registrations are by appointment 8:30-11:30 and 1:00-2:30 or email Adriana Janner
    You must bring all of the required documents listed below to the registration appointment.

    Two proofs of residence, one of which must be:

    • Electric bill (most current)
    • Home phone bill (most current)
    • Notarized lease agreement
    • Mortgage statement (most current)
    • Second proof of address from list below:
    • Florida driver’s license/ Fl State ID
    • Cellular phone bill (most current)
    • Bank account statement (most current)
    • Credit card statement (most current)
    • USPS confirmation of address change that was mailed to your new address.

    Transferring Student Registration

    If student is transferring from another Broward County Public School and is entering 7th grade, also bring:

    Updated ORIGINAL Florida Certificate of Immunization (Form DH 680) indicating that the student has received all immunizations required for 7th grade entry.

    If your child is new or returning Broward County Public Schools or transferring from a Charter School:

    • Official Birth Certificate or unexpired passport
    • Original Florida Certificate of Immunization (Form DH680)
    • Evidence of a medical examination performed in the United States within twelve months of registration date.
    • Any standardized test scores
    • Students entering the 7th or 8th grade must also provide final 6th grade report card.
