    The mission of Before and After School Child Care (BASCC) is to provide students enrolled in Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) with:

    • an inclusive child care program in a safe and nurturing environment
    • a culturally enriching program that promotes the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development of each child
    • a program that meets the highest quality of childcare standards

    Community After School (C. A. S.) 
    Private Provider Approved by the School Board 

    Community After School (C. A. S.) provides a supervised learning and play environment for the students who attend our school. We offer a wide variety of age-appropriate activities and monitor homework time.  Our students have opportunities to learn new skills, socialize, and interact with their peers. 

    Activities and Services Offered:

    • Homework time
    • Recess
    • Indoor and outdoor activities
    • Arts and crafts
    • Cooking 
    • Snacks and supper program

    YMCA of South Florida

    Before and after the school bell rings, children in our on-site program are given a safe environment to boost their academic skills and develop healthy habits that will carry them throughout their lives, all under the guidance of caring adults. 



    Activities and Services Offered:

    • Experience, CPR & First Aid Certified Professionals
    • Arts and Crafts
    • Cultural Arts
    • Small Ratio
    • Hands on STEAM based Curriculum (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math)
    • PATHS Social Skills Curriculum
    • YFit physical fitness and sports activities
