  • Clubs and organizations are a great way to help develop character and the skills that will benefit you in school, your career, and in life. Skills like commitment, leadership, effective communication, and being able to work successfully in a group all come from participating in a club or organization. Joining a club is a great way to make friends, develop leadership skills, and boost your college resumé.

  • Anime Club

    Sponsor: Nehemie Michaud

    Meeting Times: Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month during lunch to read and discuss for fifteen (15) minutes.

    Students will be able to work on creating Anime with a general theme of community-building in our class, school, city, state, nation, and the world. In addition to writing, drawing, and using technology, students will also create ideas for crafting characters, and opportunities to research and explore the Japanese culture.

  • Book Club

    Sponsor: Nehemie Michaud

    Meeting Times: Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month during lunch to read and discuss for fifteen (15) minutes.

    The purpose of our Book Club is to promote literacy and a sense of belonging amongst our students.  It also provides an opportunity for students to engage in meaningful dialogue with their peers, express their opinions, and learn to respond to differing opinions with respect.

  • Broadcasting Club

    Seagull Alternative HS Broadcasting Club (SABC) provides students with in-depth knowledge of news and media. Students participating in the SABC are able to provide daily news updates to their peers while learning life-long knowledge about communication, media, and digital technology.
