  • Phillips J Perez, Assistant Principal, Grade 6

Hello there, Cavaliers! Welcome to this new school year! New opportunities to learn, grow, and excel have arrived! It is my upmost honor to serve as the 6th Grade Assistant Principal. I believe every single one of our students has unlimited potential and every day I will motivate, inspire, and support them as they tap into it; the sky is truly the limit! Indeed, being 1% better each day will transform your life for the better in more ways than one.

For those parents, staff, and students that are new to the school (and those that are not), New Renaissance Middle School is the best in the district because we are in it together, and together, we will help our students grow to new heights. Part of my responsibility is the safety and security of our school, and this is something that I take very seriously. As a father of a middle schooler myself, there is nothing more important to me as I drive off to my job in the morning, than to know that my son is safe at school; parents and guardians, your kids will be safe.

I believe that communication is key, therefore always feel free to contact me. Your thoughts, questions, and concerns are necessary to better serve you and to make sure your kids excel, so please, email me, call me, and/or come visit me!
