Project Safe Child
The United States Attorney’s Office will be holding a virtual 75-minute Project Safe Childhood assembly for students at your child’s school. Project Safe Childhood is a Department of Justice initiative launched in 2006, which aims to combat the proliferation of technology-facilitated exploitation crimes against children.
Parts of the presentation cover cyberbullying, child exploitation, bullying, Internet safety, and sexting. Please call or notify the school in writing if you do not want your child to attend the Project Safe Childhood assembly. To opt-out of this presentation, click on the link above. No response to your child’s school is an indication that you are consenting to your child attending the Project Safe Childhood assembly.
