The Rickards Middle School Honors Academy is an accelerated advanced academic program that is designed for students who have the maturity to complete a rigorous level of academics. Potential candidates should have the discipline to organize and use their time wisely.

Application Process

The application window to apply to the Honors Academy is now closed for the 2020 - 2021 school year. Applications will be accepted beginning February 2^nd – May 17, 2021.  

The registration package consists of the following documents:

• Honors Academy Program Description
• Honors Academy Student Application
• Honors Academy Teacher Recommendation
• 2020 - 2021 Student Reassignment Application*

If you currently live outside the Rickards Middle boundary, you will need to submit an application for reassignment during the reassignment window.
