Dear School Advisory Council Members,We received a memo advising schools that as of this time, School Advisory Council (SAC) meetings may not be held virtually. According to the Florida Attorney General’s Office ( s. 120.54(5)(b)2., F.S.), a quorum of a public board must be physically present at a meeting (e.g., school advisory councils, school boards, etc.). To comply with the Florida Attorney General's Office, we will hold our SAC meetings on campus. Physical distancing protocols and face coverings mandates for adults and visitors will be followed. Our next SAC meeting will be held in the Media Center on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at 2:15 P.M. We will provide childcare for HBE students during the meeting. We understand this change may be difficult for some, please feel free to reach out to me with any concerns.Thank you!
