Henry D. Perry Education Center offers two programs, Middle School CHOICE (Recovery) and Middle School Academy. Let our Florida State certified educators help you get to the next level.

Henry D. Perry Education Center’s vision and mission statement promotes students’ post-secondary aspirations. As we accelerate students, we focus on their strengths in a small learning environment. The Middle School Academy and Middle School CHOICE Program is a school within a school. Students engage only with their middle school peers in a safe learning environment.

The Middle School CHOICE Program requirements are:

• Must be at least 14 years old
• Have one -year grade retention or more
• Missing one or more academic skill(s) for promotion
• Allows students to be promoted from 7^th grade to 8^th grade in one school year
• Allows students to be promoted from 8^th grade to 9^th grade in one school year

 The Middle School Academy Program is a one- year program for 8^th grade student:

• Must be at least 14 years old
• Have one-year grade retention or more
• Receive a Mid- Year Promotion (Students get promoted to the 9^th grade; (student must remain in the program)
• Earn up to 6 high school credits

Enrollment for the Middle School CHOICE Program occurs throughout the school year. The deadline for enrolling in the Middle School Academy Program is October of the current school year. Please contact the school at 754-321-7050 for more information.
