    1/9-31: Penny Wars, 10:30AM - 12:30 PM
    *Volunteers needed to collect/count money and update the banner during lunch. All school days except 1/15, 1/19 and 1/22.
     
    1/12, 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM: PTO School Store in the cafeteria
    1/19: Volunteers needed to copy and place Penny War and Icee Flyers in teacher mailboxes
    1/26, 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM: PTO Icee Sale during lunches
    1/26, 6:00 PM: PTO Movie Night. *Volunteers, please arrive between 5:15-5:30 PM.
    1/29: Volunteers needed to copy and place PTO School Store flyers in teacher mailboxes

    The mission of the Hollywood Park Elementary PTO is to make every child’s potential a reality. 

  • Purpose

    • A powerful voice for all children.
    • A relevant resource for families and communities.
    • A strong advocate for the education and well-being of every child.
    • It serves as a type of forum where parents, teachers, administrators, and other concerned adults discuss ways to promote quality education, strive to expand the arts, encourage community involvement, and work for a healthy environment and safe neighborhoods.

  • Involvement

    • Join the PTO.
    • Attend our meetings.
    • Volunteer to support PTO activities and projects.

  • Importance

    • Regular updates on school activities and policies.
    • Access to teachers and administrators at your child's school.
    • Access to parents of other children at the school.
    • A forum to discuss concerns and problems at school.
    • Appreciation from teachers for all your help.
    • Education about school policies, state funding, and other issues concerning your school.
