Welcome to the 2023-2024 School Year! 

My name is Nichele Williams and I am the proud principal of North Lauderdale Pre-K - 5. As I enter my 6th year as your principal, I will continue to serve the students and the amazing community of North Lauderdale well.  We are entering another year with a few new challenges, but our top priorities will be to keep our staff and students safe and healthy while continuing to deliver quality instruction.

I do believe that our school belongs to the community and the community belongs to our school. We have challenges that face us each school year and we will continue to find ways to get through them together.  I am also grateful to the city of North Lauderdale, where we continue to have a lasting relationship between the city and the school to ensure that every student gets the ultimate educational experience.

I am privileged to lead such an outstanding school community and I look forward to making this year both rewarding and successful while transforming our classes into life-changing experiences for our students with our 2024-2024 theme, "Soaring to Success."
