    Welcome to the Lyons Family for the 2023-24 School Year! As you know, our motto is “Committed to Excellence” and this year's theme is "Soaring to Higher Heights of Excellence!"
    Communication continues to be one of our top priorities. Please review the Parent Guide for School Opening, which includes key information about the school. Student schedules & transportation information is available on Virtual Counselor. We ask all parents to ensure our students follow the Unified Dress Code. LCMS will require students to wear a white, light blue, or navy-blue polo shirt. Pants can be khaki, navy or black and closed toe shoes. Jackets and sweaters must follow the unified dress colors of white, light blue, or navy blue for the 2023-24 School Year (hoodies are not encouraged). PTSA will sell LCMS attire.
    This year, we are happy to be a CEP School. Through the CEP program, BCPS is providing free breakfast and lunch at no cost for all students. Please don't forget to apply or renew your application for free and reduced breakfast and lunch today! As a Title 1 School, this application provides all students with support such as tutoring and technology. All parents should apply by clicking the link below:

School Improvement Plan (SIP)

  • A School Improvement Plan (SIP) containing specific objectives and action steps for achieving Florida's educational goals is required for all schools. The SAC has the primary responsibility for monitoring the implementation of the annual SIP. The SIP must be approved by the School Board.
