It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I welcome each of you to the 2019-20 school year! I am honored and proud to serve as the Principal of Castle Hill Elementary School. I’m so happy to congratulate the CHE staff and students on moving our school grade from a “D” to a “C”! This success is a result of the dedication and teamwork of the entire Cavalier family. Our theme this year is G3-GEAR UP, GET READY, GAME ON! We are determined to take Team Castle Hill to the next level and be the champions we are destined to be. Our game plan is to increase student achievement and meet the needs of each and every student. Our ultimate goal is to be an “A” rated school and we will strive towards this goal daily by setting high expectations for students, supporting our teachers and increasing parental involvement. We are committed to maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment. Please help us keep all students safe by following all safety procedures and expectations. Also, I believe that communication and collaboration between home and school is an important ingredient to student success so look forward to hearing from us throughout the year. As a parent and a member of our winning team, you can help your child get the most out of this year by encouraging him/ her to put forth an effort to complete all assignments and strive to meet the goals of his/her teacher. With a good parent-teacher relationship, you not only show your child that the school year is a priority in your life, but that you respect the teacher and expect your child to do the same. I encourage you to attend parent conferences and stay in close communication about your child’s academic progress. Again, I am so excited about this school year and I am confident that we will make the academic growth that we need to move our school to the next level. Thank you for allowing me to be apart of your child’s educational journey. Now it’s time to GEAR UP, GET READY, GAME ON!!! Let’s Go Cavaliers…Let’s Go!!!
As always, it’s a great day to be a Cavalier!!
