All 2019-2024 alumni may order transcripts (including health records) through the Cypress Bay High School website. Please use the transcript Online Payment Request form above.

There is a $3 cash fee for each printed copy. Electronic requests are no charge. Electronic requests are for instate schools only.

Dual Enrollment – official transcript for courses must be ordered from the college attended and sent to the college or university the student will be attending.
