2017 and prior please contact Records Retention

All 2018-2023 alumni may order transcripts (including health records) through the Cypress Bay High website.  Please use the Transcript Online Request Form.

There is a $2 cash fee for each printed copy.  Electronic requests are no charge.  Electronic requests are for instate schools only.

Dual Enrollment - official transcript for courses must be ordered from the college attended and sent to the college or university the student will be attending.

**AICE Cambridge Scores, AP Scores, SAT Scores, ACT Scores are not found on the high school transcript**
