    I am Mrs. Krystal Hall Shivers and I am the proud 6th grade Assistant Principal of Bair Middle School. 

    I am a product of Broward County Public Schools. It is with great pride and excitement that I have the privilege of working with the 8th grade students and families this school year. I believe in investing in our future, which is children. 

    I look forward to a successful 2024-2025 school year. I am excited to be a part of molding your students' futures. It is my pleasure to provide your children with the best education possible in a physically and emotionally safe learning environment.

    Welcome to Bair Middle School! I am honored to have the opportunity to help lead a school with such persevering students, an extremely dedicated staff, and a supportive school community.  I am thrilled to bring my skills as an educator and leader to Bair Middle and work with you as an educational partner.
    I view education as a life-long process, and I believe that students are at the center of all school-related decisions.  I am excited to unite my experience, my openness to learn, and my child-centered approach to support our students. I plan to let kindness and compassion be my guide in providing a safe and positive learning environment that is inclusive and equitable for all students. I believe "it takes a village" to ensure student success. Therefore, it is my goal to work diligently with our team to leverage partnerships and foster positive relationships with students, parents, and teachers to maximize opportunities for our students to thrive.
