• You will also need to fill in and print a Student Registration Form and an Emergency Contact Form
• Come with your documents and forms completed Monday-Friday, 9AM - 2PM.

No printer?

• You may also come to pick up the forms in person.  Monday - Friday, 9AM - 2PM
