• The Culinary Arts program at Miramar High School consists of four challenging courses that teach students the mastery of safety and sanitation, knife skills, and a comprehensive study of a variety of culinary topics such as: soups, sauces, stocks, eggs, beef, poultry, and dairy products. Students are able to apply their classroom knowledge through the hands on lab experience and through our very own student run café. Culinary students at Miramar High School can receive Serve Safe certifications after three years allowing them to fulfill management positions in any food service establishment, a cord recognizing this at graduation, and college credit to a variety of culinary schools within the area.
